BLACKCURRANT LIQUEUR AGED IN CHARRED
AMERICAN OAK WHISKEY BARRELS.
SIX MONTHS LATER, IT IS SUBTLY MATURE.
THE RESULT IS MOODY AND COMPLEX,
BEST ENJOYED NEAT OR ON THE ROCKS.

C. Cassis is a domestic blackcurrant liqueur made with fresh blackcurrants, green cardamom, bay leaf, citrus peel, lemon verbena, neutral spirit, & raw honey. It’s vermouthy, lightly fermented, brighter, and better for you.

How to C.Cassis

Spritz it!

Add 2oz to a glass with ice,
top with seltzer, sip poolside

Cocktails!

Sub it for sweet vermouth in a Negroni or Manhattan, mix it with mezcal, great with gin
