What is C. Cassis?
C. Cassis is our modern take on the classic blackcurrant liqueur. We start by fermenting whole blackcurrants like wine, then lightly fortify and infuse with botanicals. The result is a bright, refreshingly tart aperitif — subtly herbal, easy to mix, and endlessly versatile.
Blackcurrants were illegal to grow in the US for the last hundred years.
Now they’re not and we love that.
