What is C. Cassis?

C. Cassis is our take on a traditional blackcurrant liqueur—made by fermenting whole blackcurrants (like wine), then lightly fortified and aromatized with botanicals. The result is a juicy, vermouth-like aperitif that’s refreshingly tart, subtly herbal, and easy to mix.
