0.5 oz Tarragon Liqueur

0.5 oz Vinegar (Tart Vinegar Lemon Verbena)

Tonic water, to top

Method: Build in glass w/ ice, stir

Glass: highball w/ ice

Garnish: bay leaf + lemon wheel + bay leaf spritz
