2 oz. rum

1 oz. C. Cassis

½ oz. Current Dream syrup

(simple steeped with chamomile, star anise, black pepper)

½ oz. Amontillado Sherry

Juice of half lemon

Build over ice, stir, strain, garnish with lemon peel.
